Who We Are

Since its first edition in 2013, Afiliados Brasil has established itself as the leading Affiliate Marketing event in Latin America. Bringing together the best professionals and key players in the industry, the event is seen by its target audience as a turning point, opening opportunities and visibility for many entrepreneurs to transform thousands of lives through their businesses.

With a highly qualified audience, Afiliados Brasil is the perfect networking hub, fostering the exchange of experiences among affiliates, advertiser companies, digital marketing agencies, traffic buyers and sellers, and all kinds of users of companies directly or indirectly involved in online affiliation.

Currently, the event is owned by the Brazilian Institute of Affiliate Marketing (IBMAfiliados), which aims to elevate professionalism and knowledge within the industry in Brazil, contributing to the growth and continuous improvement of digital affiliation practices.

In 2026, in its thirteenth year, the event will take place across the three floors of the Frei Caneca Convention Center, located at Rua Frei Caneca, 569, on May 28, 29, and 30, 2026.

Exclusive sponsorship of the cocktail on Thursday (28/05) or Friday (29/05) on the 5th floor:

Exclusive time for prize draws, launches, and activations in the event hall for the cocktail sponsor;
Includes beverages, snacks, and buffet team;

Important: Standard booths must be contracted with Metro Quadrado Cubo & Estandes, the official event contractor. However, for custom layout booths (from 18 m2), exhibitors may build or rent furniture and other decor accessories with either the official contractor or any other company.

Metro Quadrado Cubo & Estandes, the official event contractor, is qualified to develop any type of project. However, if the exhibitor already works with another contractor and/or agency, we have no restrictions.

Hiring another contractor is entirely the responsibility of the exhibitor and the assembly will only be allowed if it complies with all the standards set out in the contractor’s manual.

Event layout

Other important information about participation in Afiliados Brasil

Exhibitor Credentials: All exhibitors receive one Exhibitor Credentials per sqm for use by people who will work at the booth during the event.
Logo on the Afiliados Brasil website: All exhibitors, regardless of the size of the booth, have the right to publish their company logo with a link to the website.
VIP invitations: All exhibitors receive one VIP invitation per sqm to be distributed to customers and people of interest to the exhibitor.
Discount for advertising in the Afiliados Magazine: All exhibitors have a discount for advertising in the Afiliados Magazine, which is distributed free of charge at the event. This discount is negotiated individually and is in accordance with the size of the booth.
Exhibitor’s Manual: All exhibitors have access to the Exhibitor’s Manual, an online platform from Afiliados Brasil and Gambling Brasil with assembly rules, schedules, indication of suppliers and everything the exhibitor needs to have an effective and peaceful participation.
Help Desk: Flávio Raimundo and João Barcellos are available via email, cell phone and WhatsApp to clarify and provide full support to the exhibitor from the day the participation contract is signed until the event takes place.
(*) City Hall Fee: Based on Law No. 13,477, of December 30, 2002, Art. 2nd and Art. 4 and Decree No. 44,052 of December 2011, art. 3 of the Municipality of São Paulo, a fee is charged per booth for the duration of the event. This fee costs 40.00 USD per booth and for the entire duration of the event. To make things easier, the Afiliados Brasil and Gambling Brasil organization will pay the fee of all exhibitors and include the value of each exhibitor in the contract.
(*) Electric Energy Fee: Ach exhibitor pays an electric energy consumption fee for the duration of the event. This fee varies according to the size of the booth and is priced at 17.00 USD / sqm.

Afiliados Magazine

Advertise in the only digital magazine specialized in affiliate marketing in Portuguese, published since 2013.

It features interviews, articles, tutorials, and specialized columns—all content directed at the affiliation audience—offering the opportunity to learn everything necessary to effectively monetize projects and boost affiliate businesses online.

The portal also includes articles on trends, market analysis, interviews, strategic insights, and knowledge about digital marketing and affiliate marketing.
