Cancellation due to Change of Mind:
According to the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/90), cancellation of a purchase due to change of mind must be requested within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase. All ticket amounts will be refunded in full.
Failure to Attend the Event:
Failure to attend the event is the User’s/ticket purchaser’s choice. There is no option for refund or reimbursement of any amount paid in the event of failure to attend and/or withdrawal, under any argument or pretext. The same applies to purchase cancellation requests made on the day of the event or after it has occurred.

Partial Cancellation:
There is no partial cancellation of a purchase. In other words, only one ticket from an order containing two or more tickets will not be cancelled.
The purchase of new tickets, in different modalities or quantities, after a cancellation request will always be subject to the availability of such tickets and will respect the current price of the current batch on sale.
