All cancellations and refund requests for registrations in the Afiliados Brasil event must be sent by email, within the deadlines stipulated below in this refund policy. Requests made by any other means will not be honored.
- Refund requests must be submitted 60 days prior to the start of the event for a full refund (we will charge an administrative fee of US$10).
- Refund requests made after the 60-day period, but up to 14 days before the start of the event, receive a partial refund of 50% of the amount.
- Reimbursement requests made after the indicated deadlines will not be considered.

Refunds will be made up to 4 weeks after the conclusion of the event.
In case of cancellation of the event due to acts of nature (hurricane, earthquake, flood, pandemic, etc.) no refund will be issued. Registrations made will be honored and rescheduled for a new date to be stipulated by the organization of the event.
